Make Your Own Natural Toothpaste

Most toothpaste contains sugar, fluoride, artificial colors, and other harmful ingredients that are best avoided.  Instead of using the toxic commercial varieties, why not make your own?  It’s simple and quick.  Once you have the essential oils needed you can use them to make the toothpaste or tooth powder, which more accurately describes it, for years to come.  Here’s how:

Natural Tooth Powder Recipe
½ cup baking soda
10 drops pure peppermint essential oil (this is not the same as peppermint extract or fragrance oil.  Also, it should be a high quality food grade essential oil, which is available from many health food stores)
5 drops pure myrrh essential oil (optional, also available in many health food stores)
Mix all ingredients in a small jar with a lid, cover, and shake well to disperse oils throughout.  Use a small amount on a damp toothbrush the way you would use toothpaste.

The peppermint essential oil helps freshen breath, kill bacteria, and clear sinuses.  The myrrh oil is highly antibacterial and anti-fungal.  It is often used in the ancient healing arts of Ayurvedic Medicine.  The baking soda restores a natural, slightly alkaline pH balance to the teeth and gums and helps to whiten teeth.

Dangerous Relationship Myths, Girls Be Take Care

So many times, we women are operating under false assumptions about relationships that cause us to feel sad, lonely, and disconnected from our man.

These dangerous relationship myths are so widespread, it's no wonder so many of us have suffered the sting of heartache. I'm sure you'll recognize these and the pain they bring. Knowing the real truth I'm about to share is nothing short of love-life changing.

Relationship Myth #1: Giving = Getting
This myth tells us that in order to get more affection and romance from a man, you have to become more affectionate and romantic yourself. So you buy him special gifts, tell him you love him before he tells you, cook him special meals, and offer him a lot of advice and encouragement.
You become a giver, and you believe that, in time, he will reciprocate. While it's true that every relationship is give and take, the truth is that men don't fall in love because you've given them so much. They don't stay in love because you're sacrificing everything for them.
Men fall in love when they are able to give to a woman. They fall in love with you because they can make you happy and nurture you. They fall in love when you take care of yourself and share your emotional experiences with them.
Never give a man more than he's given you, including expressions of love and encouragement. Hint: Don't keep telling him you love him when he hasn't said it to you yet.

Relationship Myth #2: Exclusivity Leads to Commitment and Marriage
This is the most dangerous myth we women have come to believe. From the time we first started dating, we were taught that the way to marriage is to meet a nice man, become his exclusive girlfriend, and that this alone will naturally lead to commitment.
Here's the shocking truth: What makes a man want to give up his freedom and single status for you has nothing to do with the fact that you've given him all your time and emotional energy. That's right - the very fact that you're exclusive with him when he hasn't committed to you yet actually makes a man think less of you.

“Men fall in love when they are able to give to a woman. They fall in love with you because they can make you happy and nurture you.”
The moment a man smells that need and desperation that comes from having an unconscious agenda of how things "should be", his feelings of attraction for you will fade.

Relationship Myth #3: Showing a Man Your Feelings Will Scare Him Away
If you've ever been afraid to tell a man how you're feeling because you're afraid you'll lose him if you do, then I'm certain this myth has been causing havoc in your love life.
Stuffing your feelings down actually creates more distance between you and a man. The key is not to suppress your feelings, but to express them without drama or blame.
Before I learned the truth about relationships and turned my marriage around, I was guilty of believing and acting out on all these relationship myths. Once I understood these core truths, everything in my love life changed - for the better. That’s why I write my newsletter - so you can quickly discover what it took me so many painful years to figure out.
When you sign up for my FREE dating and relationship advice newsletter, you’ll learn:

How to connect with a man's heart ??

Have you ever experienced this? Things are going well with your guy. So well, as a matter of fact, that when you start feeling insecure about something or want to share something you think he'll perceive as “negative”, you keep it inside. You're afraid that by being honest with him, you'll rock the boat.
Even worse, you end up feeling even more scared and lonely because he doesn't seem to be sharing what he's thinking with you, either. So you start pretending everything's okay, even when you're just dying to ask him if something's wrong.

China's Jade Rabbit lunar rover sends first photos from moon

Beijing:  China's Jade Rabbit rover vehicle sent back photos from the moon Sunday after the first lunar soft landing in nearly four decades marked a huge advance in the country's ambitious space program.
The Yutu, or Jade Rabbit, was deployed at 4:35 am (2035 GMT Saturday), several hours after the Chang'e-3 probe landed on the moon, said the official news agency Xinhua.
The rover and lander began taking photos of each other late Sunday, including one that showed the bright red and yellow stars of the Chinese flag on the Jade Rabbit as it stands on the moon's surface.
Xinhua said the photographing began at about 11:42 pm after the rover moved to a spot a few metres away from the lander.
The colour images were transmitted live to the Beijing Aerospace Control Center, where Chinese President Xi Jinping and Premier Li Keqiang watched the broadcast.
China is the third country to complete a lunar rover mission after the United States and the former Soviet Union -- a decade after it first sent an astronaut into space.
Beijing plans to establish a permanent space station by 2020 and eventually send a human to the moon.
The mission is seen as a symbol of China's rising global stature and technological advancement, as well as the Communist Party's success in reversing the fortunes of the once-impoverished nation.
Ma Xingrui, chief commander of China's lunar programme, declared the mission a "complete success" after the photographs showed the lander and rover were working, Xinhua said.
A message from the party's Central Committee, the State Council -- China's cabinet -- and the Central Military Commission branded the touchdown a "milestone" in China's space programme, as cited by Xinhua late Sunday.
"One Giant Leap for China," read the headline in Hong Kong's Sunday Morning Post, evoking the words in 1969 of American astronaut Neil Armstrong, the first man on the moon.
The landing, nearly two weeks after blast-off, was the first of its kind since the former Soviet Union's mission in 1976.
State broadcaster China Central Television (CCTV) featured extensive coverage of the mission and China's wider space ambitions.
Rover to look for natural resources
The potential to extract the moon's resources has been touted as a key reason behind Beijing's space programme, with the moon believed to hold uranium, titanium, and other mineral resources, as well as offering the possibility of solar power generation.
"China wants to go to the moon for geostrategic reasons and domestic legitimacy," said China space expert Joan Johnson-Freese, a professor of national security affairs at the US Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island.
"With the US exploration moribund at best, that opens a window for China to be perceived as the global technology leader -- though the US still has more, and more advanced, assets in space."
News of the landing quickly made an impact on China's hugely popular Internet message boards, topping the list of searched items.
"The China dream has finally progressed one step forward!" wrote one user.
On its Sunday afternoon broadcast, CCTV aired video taken by the lander showing the rover leaving tracks in the dust as it gently coasted onto the moon's surface and rolled away.
The probe touched down on a 400-kilometre (250-mile) wide plain known in Latin as Sinus Iridum, or the Bay of Rainbows.
Before landing, the probe slowed down from 1,700 metres (5,610 feet) per second and then hovered for about 20 seconds, using sensors and 3D imaging to identify a flat area.
Thrusters were then deployed 100 metres from the lunar surface to gently guide the craft into position. The landing process started at 9:00 pm on Saturday and lasted for about 12 minutes.
Four minutes after landing, the Chang'e-3 unfolded solar panels that will provide energy to the lander and rover, the China Daily reported.
The landing had been considered the most difficult part of the mission.
The rover will spend about three months exploring the moon's surface and looking for natural resources.
It can climb slopes of up to 30 degrees and travel at 200 metres per hour, according to the Shanghai Aerospace Systems Engineering Research Institute.
The Chang'e-3 mission is named after the goddess of the moon in Chinese mythology, and the rover vehicle is called Yutu after her pet. Yutu's name was chosen in an online poll of 3.4 million voters.
Among those beyond China's borders offering their congratulations on the landing was former US vice president Al Gore, who wrote via Twitter: "Congratulations to China on reaching the moon with its rover -- an impressive soft landing!"

X-mas HD Wall Paper

Xmas is a common abbreviation of the word Christmas . It is sometimes pronounced/ˈɛksməs/, but it, and variants such as Xtemass, originated as handwriting abbreviations for the typical pronunciation /ˈkrɪsməs/. The "-mas" part is from the Latin-derived Old Englishword for Mass, while the "X" comes from the Greek letter Chi, which is the first letter of the Greek word Χριστός which comes into English as "Christ"
There is a common misconception that the word Xmas stems from a secular attempt to remove the religious tradition from Christmas by taking the "Christ" out of "Christmas", but its use dates back to the 16th century.

Big Trucks in the world

rucks contribute to air, noise, and water pollution similarly to automobiles. Trucks may emit lower air pollution emissions than cars per equivalent vehicle mass, although the absolute level per vehicle distance traveled is higher, and diesel particulate matter is especially problematic for health.[16] With respect to noise pollution, trucks emit considerably higher sound levels at all speeds compared to typical car; this contrast is particularly strong with heavy-duty trucks.[17] There are several aspects of truck operations that contribute to the overall sound that is emitted. Continuous sounds are those from tires rolling on the roadway, and the constant hum of their diesel engines at highway speeds. Less frequent noises, but perhaps more noticeable, are things like the repeated sharp-pitched whistle of a turbocharger on acceleration, or the abrupt blare of an exhaust brake retarder when traversing a downgrade. There has been noise regulation put in place to help control where and when the use of engine braking retarders are allowed. Concerns have been raised about the effect of trucking on the environment, particularly as part of the debate on global warming. In the period from 1990 to 2003, carbon dioxide emissions from transportation sources increased by 20%, despite improvements in vehicle fuel efficiency.[18] Volvo's subsidiary Renault Magnum truck. In 2005, transportation accounted for 27% of U.S. greenhouse gas emission, increasing faster than any other sector.[19] Between 1985 and 2004, in the U.S., energy consumption in freight transportation grew nearly 53%, while the number of ton-miles carried increased only 43%.[20] According to a 1995 U.S. government estimate, the energy cost of carrying one ton of freight a distance of one kilometer averages 337 kJ for water, 221 kJ for rail, 2,000 kJ for trucks, and nearly 13,000 kJ for air transport.[21] Many environmental organizations favor laws and incentives to encourage the switch from road to rail, especially in Europe.[22] The European Parliament is moving to ensure that charges on heavy-goods vehicles should be based in part on the air and noise pollution they produce and the congestion they cause, according to legislation approved by the Transport Committee.[23] The Eurovignette scheme has been proposed, whereby new charges would be potentially levied against things such as noise and air pollution and also weight related damages from the lorries themselves.[2
