It was created by Austin Coulson (USA) and measured in Carrollton, Texas, USA, on 7 September 2012. The vehicle is licenced to be driven on public roads with a speed limit of 40 km/h (25 mph). The paint work is themed after the P51 Mustang military aircraft and the sides are inscribed with the tail numbers of a ship that the record holder's grandfather served on during WWII. It is often driven during local veterans' military parades.
